Special Olympics Southern California is thrilled to introduce Power Up: Train Like a Champion, a brand-new virtual fitness program designed for individuals of all fitness levels and abilities. This program replaces the HLC Fitness Club workouts, which previously took place every Tuesday at 6 PM on Zoom. Power Up builds upon the foundation of HLC Fitness Club, offering an enhanced and structured approach to training that provides more sport-specific exercises and expert-led guidance. Whether you’re an experienced athlete, new to sports, or simply looking for a way to stay active, Power Up provides an accessible and engaging way to build strength, improve performance, and stay motivated—all from the comfort of home. 

What is Power Up? 

Power Up is a fun, inclusive, and structured virtual fitness program that focuses on sport-specific training. Each session is designed to help participants enhance their physical performance, mental focus, and overall well-being. The program is open to everyone, including individuals with and without intellectual disabilities, promoting an environment where all athletes can thrive together. 

Through customized workouts and expert guidance, participants will have the opportunity to develop key skills that translate both on and off the field. Whether you’re preparing for competition or striving to maintain a healthy lifestyle, Power Up is your pathway to success.
