WeCare Industries: A Mission of Love and Inclusion

Vickie Edwards stands beside her sister Danell, both smiling warmly. Their close bond inspired the creation of WeCare Industries, a mobile salon service dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities through self-care and confidence-building.

Inspired by her sister Danell, Vickie Edwards founded WeCare Industries to ensure individuals with developmental disabilities feel seen, valued, and confident. Through mobile salon services, she is transforming lives—one hairstyle at a time.

For Vickie Edwards, inclusion is personal. Inspired by the bond with her sister Danell, who has developmental disabilities, Vickie founded WeCare Industries—a mobile salon service dedicated to uplifting individuals with disabilities through self-care and confidence-building.

Vickie’s journey began when she recognized the disparities in care and support for individuals like Danell. Determined to make a difference, she created WeCare Industries to provide hairstyling services that go beyond beauty. For Vickie and her team, each haircut is an opportunity to foster self-esteem, promote dignity, and ensure every person feels valued.

A proud supporter of Special Olympics Southern California, WeCare Industries has been a regular vendor at Summer Games, offering athletes and families a space to look and feel their best. Their presence is a testament to the power of community and the belief that everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and celebrated.

Through their work, Vickie Edwards and WeCare Industries are making a lasting impact—empowering individuals, fostering self-confidence, and promoting inclusion, one hairstyle at a time.
