2019 World Games: March 20 Preview

Today marks the last day of competition at the World Games in Abu Dhabi, can you believe it? We will see the final round of individual 9-hole stroke play from golfer Faith Demos, as well as two track races for Sarah Kovacs and one from Tyrone Garrett.

We will also be seeing awards ceremonies finish up today for golf, track and tennis.

Looking ahead to competitions today, here’s what our athletes’ schedules will look like:

Schedule and times are subject to change. All days and times listed below are local Abu Dhabi time, which is 11 hours ahead of Pacific Daylight Time:

  • 9:57 a.m.: TRACK – Sarah Kovacs (Women’s 800-meter run, Division F07)
  • 12:50 p.m.: GOLF – Faith Demos (USA) and Se Jin Bae (Korea) tee off (Level 4 individual stroke play, Division 12)
  • 4 p.m.: TRACK – Sarah Kovacs (Women’s 4×100 relay, Division F01)
  • 4:56 p.m.: TRACK – Tyrone Garrett (4×100 relay, Division M03)
